- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin purée
- 1 (5.1 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix (do NOT make the pudding!)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- Grab a big mixing bowl and dump in the pumpkin purée.
- Sprinkle in the dry pudding mix—just the powder, don’t whisk it with milk.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until it’s all one fluffy, dreamy mixture.
- Chill for about an hour if you’ve got the patience…or eat it straight from the bowl (no judgment).
Notes
Serving ideas: Spoon into little cups and top with crushed graham crackers. Use as a dip for apple slices, ginger snaps, or pretzels. Spread between graham crackers and freeze for pumpkin ice cream sandwiches.
