Description
These Garlic Parmesan Ranch Chicken Skewers are a flavor-packed weeknight upgrade—crispy, juicy, and loaded with ranch, parmesan, and garlic. Fast, fun, and freakin’ delicious, they’re guaranteed to make boring chicken a thing of the past.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix (or 3 tbsp homemade)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden skewers 30 mins before using)
Instructions
- Pat chicken cubes dry with paper towels to help seasoning stick.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, and parmesan until a thick paste forms.
- Toss chicken in the marinade until fully coated. Let rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking.
- Cook at 400°F—grill, bake, or pan-sear—for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Let skewers rest for 3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer at 375°F to maintain crispiness. Skip the microwave—it makes them rubbery. Try them in wraps, over salads, or chopped for meal prep.
