Description
Sweet, chewy, and nutty no-bake cookies made with oats, cranberries, and pecans coated in a praline glaze. Quick and easy to make!

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, heavy cream, and salt. Stir until mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, cranberries, and pecans. Pour praline mixture over the top and mix well.
- Scoop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Let cookies set at room temperature (or refrigerate for faster setting).
- Enjoy once firm!
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the pecans before adding. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
